Creative Recharge is a 4-week online expressive arts group designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and find new energy through creativity. Using simple materials like colored pencils, markers, and collage supplies, you'll explore guided creative exercises that encourage self-expression and renewal. No art experience is needed—just a willingness to create and connect in a supportive, like-minded community. Give yourself the space to recharge, reflect, and rediscover your creative spark over the course of four weeks.
